Terms & Conditions

1) Cancellation policy: Early bird ticket are 50% refundable until 28th of Feb 2023. Full fare tickets are 50% refundable until 31st of March 2023. No refunds are permitted beyond the dates mentioned
2) Early bird prices are applicable when the complete payment is done prior to the deadlines.
3) Prices are net and do not include bank charges, commissions. These costs are the responsibility of the participant
4) The booking registration is guaranteed when the full payment is received.
5) If you are a single participant, then DTF Team will try their best to find you a partner. However, we have no obligation to do so and no guarantee of the level nor the attendance of your partner.
6) You will ensure the information you provide on your Booking is accurate, in case a mistake has happened please contact us to rectify it before the cut off dates when the ticket is deemed nonrefundable. After the deadline you will not be able to correct any errors and you will need to purchase a new ticket.
7) The tickets are nontransferable and can only be used by the participant name provided during the booking.
8) You are responsible for ensuring your own safety and security whilst attending the Event. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you.
9) We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the Event, or subsequently remove you or any Delegate from the Event, where you or any Delegate fail to comply with the venue code of conduct.
10) We may, at our sole discretion and without liability to you, make changes to the Event timings, schedule and/or location (provided that any change in location shall be within a reasonable distance of the location previously advertised).
11) DTF team reserves the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience without prior notice
12) With the event ticket we reserve the right to use any advertising material such as videos and photos that will be taken or streamed live
13) No guests are allowed in classes. DTF Team has the right to ask participant to prove their attendance to any particular class or milonga. If the participant fails to prove his/her participation then payment is required.
14) Your reservation is on a waiting list and will only be confirmed when payment is received.
15) In case DTF Team cancels the event, then all the deposited money will be refunded to the participant.
16) Teachers will offer change of partners during the classes; in case you came as a couple you could remain with your partner.
17) Any audio/video recording in classes is not allowed. Please note that a resume of the class will be done at the end and video could then be taken upon confirmation with the Maestros
18) It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that he or she has all the required conditions such as, health, authorizations, visa, etc. to participate the festival. DTF Team is not responsible for any problems that raise due to the lack of the satisfaction of these conditions.
